Terms of Use

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms apply to benchouse.ai, including the benchmark, blog and game. The website is operated by Thelix Inc., trading as Benchouse, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

The product at app.benchouse.ai is governed by a separate written agreement. These terms do not modify that agreement.

Using the website

You may read, link to and quote content from the website. You must not interfere with its operation, overload its infrastructure or use it to attack other systems. Automated access, including crawling, must not disrupt the website or impair access for other users.

Benchmark results

The leaderboard and published benchmark results belong to Benchouse. You may quote individual results with attribution and a link to the source, but you may not reproduce the tables in full without our permission.

When citing a result, include its season and date. Results may change when we rerun the benchmark.

Each result reflects the configuration tested at the time of the run, subject to the published methodology and limitations. It does not guarantee how a vendor’s product will perform in your environment.

You retain ownership of any export you submit for an audit. By uploading a file, you confirm that you are authorised to share its contents with us.

Exports may contain personal information or confidential information belonging to your organisation or others. Obtain any necessary authorisation before uploading.

We use the file only to carry out the requested audit. Our privacy notice explains how we handle uploaded files and personal information.

Availability and accuracy

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about their accuracy, completeness, availability or currency.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on the website or its content. To the extent permitted by law, Benchouse is not liable for losses arising from those decisions.

Any commitments relating to the Benchouse product are set out in the applicable product agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
